These terms govern your use of pathfinder.college and the Pathfinder service. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you should read these terms with a parent or guardian.

Pathfinder is provided by Intuitive Logic Limited (company number 16687846), registered at 1 Heathway, Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 8NX, United Kingdom. Pathfinder is a trading name of Intuitive Logic Limited.

Pathfinder is a structured ikigai programme that helps you identify the life and career paths most closely aligned with who you are. You submit four ikigai lists, and Pathfinder generates a personalised report identifying your Top 5 Life Paths, your Ultimate Ikigai, and a Game Plan to pursue it.

Pathfinder is a decision-support tool. Your report is designed to stimulate your thinking and support your own decisions. It is guidance only. You are always free to disregard it.

The service is available to individuals aged 16 and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

We reserve the right to decline or revoke access where these terms are breached.

Pathfinder costs £45, paid once at registration, with everything included. There is no subscription and no further charge to access your report.

After you have generated your first report, you may update your ikigai lists and generate a new Game Plan for £14.99 per regeneration.

Payment is taken securely by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable. We may change our prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already made.

Where you join through a partner organisation that has funded your place, you will be given a code that removes the fee at registration. Codes are for the use of the person they are issued to and may be withdrawn if misused.

Pathfinder is digital content. Your access to the programme begins immediately after payment, and you acknowledge at registration that delivery starts straight away and that you lose any statutory right to cancel once it has begun.

If you submit your ikigai lists and your report has not been generated within 14 days of submission, you may request a full refund, less any money transfer and foreign exchange costs. Once your report has been generated, your purchase is complete and no refund is available.

Sign-in is by a secure link sent to the email address you used to register. Keep your email account secure and do not share sign-in links with anyone. Your account and report are personal to you.

If you lose access, visit pathfinder.college/login to request a new sign-in link.

You may use Pathfinder only for its intended purpose. You must not attempt to access another user's account or data, submit false or deliberately misleading information, reverse-engineer, copy or scrape the platform, use automated tools to interact with it, or use the service in any way that breaks any laws that are applicable in your jurisdiction.

All content on this platform, including the Pathfinder methodology, report structure and generated content, is the intellectual property of Intuitive Logic Limited and may not be reproduced, distributed or commercialised without written permission from the directors of Intuitive Logic Limited, which will usually not be granted.

Your ikigai list data remains your own. You retain full ownership of the information you submit, and you grant us the licence needed to process it, generate your report, and retain it for as long as your account exists.

Your report is generated from the data you submit and is available within your account. You may download it in HTML format, which can be saved or printed to PDF, and we recommend keeping your own copy.

We hold your report data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may change, suspend or withdraw the service, or any part of it, on reasonable notice. Where we withdraw the service, we will give you the opportunity to download your report first.

Pathfinder does not constitute professional careers advice, psychological or medical assessment, financial advice, or any other regulated advisory service. The report is informational only. Intuitive Logic Limited makes no warranty that pursuing any Life Path, Ultimate Ikigai, or Game Plan identified in your report will lead to any particular career, financial or life outcome.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intuitive Logic Limited, its directors, employees, advisors, partner organisations and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on your Pathfinder Report or its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
